Investment Analyst - Stressed/Distress Asset Fund

Inviting talent with 6-8 yrs experience in following areas ONLY:

- Restructuring experience in a distress debt business/special sits/AIF role.

- Been in a client facing role.

- Perform due diligence, research analysis on private and public corporates

- Review of investment research/summary notes, extensive work done on financial models

- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for M&A and capital raising transactions

- Knowledge on senior/mezzanine debt, leverage finance, distressed situations, structured derivatives and capital market issuances will be required.

Required skills :

- Should have worked in distress/debt fund/credit monitoring/ restructuring set up.

- Understanding of primary transactions across performing/high yield/distressed space
