About the role-

This is an analyst role in a Private Equity backed by one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world. You will be responsible for assisting the Director of Investments and his team in deal analysis, investment process, preparation of material for our investors and senior management of the Fund and subsequent asset management.

Position Details

- Prepare and maintain detailed excel models for individual deals and overall Fund portfolio.

- Prepare materials along with the Investments Team.

- Assist in preparing reports to investment partners for quarterly reporting.

- Conduct due diligence activities involving market analysis, shopping market competitors.

- Research and analyse appropriate markets for acquisition of retail properties or retail-led mixed-use properties.

- Gain good understanding of those markets to be able to capitalize on opportunities in those markets.

- Participate in various analytical projects required in the Investment Management Group from time to time.

- Arrange third party reports such as market studies, cost estimates, financial and tax analysis.

- Develop operating and capital budgets for assets that our owned or that are targeted for investments.
