Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: - Proactively source and identify potential investment opportunities by researching startups, attending industry events, and maintaining a strong network within the startup ecosystem. - Analyze business plans, financial projections, and market trends to evaluate the viability and potential of investment candidates. - Collaborate with the investment team to conduct preliminary screenings and assessments of startups, presenting findings and recommendations. 2. Due Diligence: - Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, intellectual property, and market positioning. - Assess the competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory environment to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with investments. - Engage with startup founders and management teams to gather insights, validate assumptions, and understand the growth trajectory. 3.
