Investment Analyst

A leading growth equity investment firm focused on technology and tech-enabled businesses is looking to hire an Investment Analyst to support investment evaluation, commercial diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio monitoring. The role offers exposure to growth-stage investments and close collaboration with senior investment professionals across the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build financial models, valuation frameworks, and investment analyses.

- Evaluate business models, unit economics, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.

- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on technology-focused investment opportunities.

- Track market trends and maintain relationships across the investment ecosystem.

- Support portfolio monitoring, strategic analysis, and board reporting.

- Prepare investment materials and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-9 years of investment experience with prior buy-side exposure.

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

- Experience evaluating technology or tech-enabled businesses.

- Commercially driven with the ability to assess business fundamentals and growth potential.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work onsite from Mumbai.
