
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work with product managers, product owners and product engineering teams on the implementation of product initiatives from project initiation to completion (PDLC).
- Oversee teams of business analysts, engineers, and quality engineers at different levels and with different subject matter knowledge to ensure optimal delivery of projects.
- Champion agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative, value-driven delivery facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Understand product priorities, capacity planning to provide the release dates for the product enhancements on the product managers roadmaps.
- Plan and effectively communicate milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies for product projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and holding team members accountable to improve and develop the teams performance.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in computer technology or similar program from an accredited university.
- Experience in Delivery Management or Project Management.
- Experience leading software development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, frameworks, and product lifecycle management.
- Aptitude for process improvement, planning tools, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience delivering projects using JIRA for planning and reporting.
