
Experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory planning, control, and optimization in a geographically challenging location. The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing losses, and supporting uninterrupted operations through effective supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory, warehousing, and stock movement.
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure system vs physical stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for replenishment and dispatch planning.
- Manage inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and critical items and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare inventory reports and dashboards for management review.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field./MBA
- 5-8 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, stock control, and material management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Ability to work in remote or high-altitude locations.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
