Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing and implementing designs to communicate information in a compelling and visually appealing solution, while adhering to company's brand guidelines - Complete ownership of visual communication across all marketing avenues - Website/Social channels/Offline events/Space branding/Collaterals such as brochures/flyers/standees etc. - Visual communication includes static posters/videos/Animation/GIFs/E-mailers. - Shooting knowledge is a plus - Manage weekly visual content calendar. Present weekly visual deliverables to the senior management to get them published across all marketing channels - Actively leading design activities from inception to delivery, outlining the deliverables and implementing them for internal projects - Reviewing and critiquing deliverables, and providing feedback ensuring brand and quality compliance, technical robustness, and alignment with brief/project objectives - Troubleshooting any design limitations with platform integrations, and template/CMS restrictions - Coaching and mentoring to a team of graphic designers - Collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and a range of key internal stakeholders and project sponsors - Providing strategic guidance to elevate team's skills and output - Take ownership of the visual identity and communication for specific brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the internal and external stake holders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Masters preferable from - Any reputed Design School (National/ International) - Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software (3D software knowledge is a bonus) - Effectively communicate (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholder across all levels - Highly collaborative, team oriented, able to run brainstorming sessions or present in front of other team members - A design portfolio is required. - Work from Office for better collaboration.
