2) Technical skills (preferably with certification)

- In depth Knowledge of Soft Skills

- Experience and Exposure of conducting need based training.

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

- Excellent verbal & written communication, strong.

- Classroom management skills.

JD:-

- Delivery of sessions on syllabus as per university norms.

- To ensure coverage of Syllabus as per university standards.

- On time completion of syllabus

- Strictly following Learning objectives & outcomes of the syllabus.

- Submission of Documents on Time & Action on the same.

- Innovation & Development.

- Have excellent Communication skills (verbal & written).

- To conduct Assessments and Evaluations, Feedback Analysis and report generation.

- Have experience in conducting Training Sessions for UG & PG students.

- Excellent Presentation skills
