General Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow B2B and B2C sugar sales across India, with a focus on UP & Maharashtra markets.
- Drive institutional sales of sugar and ethanol through tenders with oil companies (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL).
- Manage retail sugar distribution, expanding presence in modern trade, e-commerce, and HoReCa channels.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government, institutional, and private sector buyers.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with government quotas, tenders, and pricing regulations.
Required Experience & Skills
- 15 to 18 years of proven experience in sugar, ethanol, or distillery product sales.
- Strong track record in institutional sales, tenders, and government supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience in managing retail sugar distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to drive market expansion and revenue growth across diverse channels
