About the role As a Senior Growth Product Manager at Scaler, you will contribute to the product vision and help define the product roadmap to fuel growth at Scaler. In the role you would get a chance to lead multiple Million+ MAU properties across web, m-web and app to help in user acquisition to boost our topline. The role would be critical for Scaler's success and would need you to understand the user base and build products in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales team to help drive acquisition and monetisation. The role would also involve building AI products to help optimise the sales team efficiency by using AI to boost revenue while optimising cost per lead and customer acquisition cost by using latest tech. You will be working closely with the tech, design, content, and business team to build and launch the product, engage and retain users - Evolve a short-term and long-term vision & roadmap for the product based on requirements gathered across consumer needs, market research, and industry trends. - Lead, manage & coordinate with concerned teams toward product-related targets & milestones. - Take key product decisions, including those that impact design, usability, features, content, and revenue in consultation with the leaders. - Work closely with the product head-on prioritization of tasks & projects for every sprint.
