We're building India's most trusted computer science and ai institution, and we need someone to own how we show up in the creator economy.

As Marketing Manager - Influencer & Brand, you'll build SST's creator ecosystem from scratch-finding the right voices, crafting authentic stories, and turning partnerships into tangible growth. This isn't a playbook execution role; it's a build-the-playbook opportunity.

You'll own budgets, chase numbers, negotiate deals, and work directly with creators who shape how lakhs of students and parents make life-changing education decisions. High autonomy. High accountability. High impact.

What You'll Own

Build & Scale the Creator Network

- Discover and onboard education, tech, and other relevant student creators on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn who genuinely connect with 17-20 year old students and their parents

- Evaluate creators for real engagement (not vanity metrics), audience quality, and brand fit

- Negotiate win-win partnerships and build long-term relationships with top performers - Turn one-off collabs into recurring partnerships and potential brand ambassadors

Execute High-Impact Campaigns

- Brief and plan with creators on how to share SST's story while keeping their authentic voice intact

- Strategize on scripts, thumbnails, and content for brand alignment and accuracy with Content Marketing Manager

- Own tracking (UTMs, coupons, links) and coordinate across content, creative, legal, and finance teams

- Own timelines, troubleshoot roadblocks, and get campaigns live on schedule

Drive Performance & Optimize Spend

- Track what matters: views, engagement, CTR, leads, and actual payments

- Analyze CPV, CPL, and CPT to double down on what works and cut what doesn't

- Share daily updates and weekly insights with leadership

- Manage budgets with full accountability

Experiment & Scale

- Test new creator formats, platforms, and amplification strategies

- Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy and youth content consumption - Translate frontline learnings into strategic recommendations for the broader team

Who You Are

Experience: 2-3 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or growth roles. Edtech/education experience is a plus but not mandatory.

You can build relationships and communicate clearly

Nice to have:

Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Power BI), growth marketing metrics, or actual experience in creator communities and fluency in English and Hindi
