About Scaler School of Technology:

Launched in 2023, Scaler School of Technology (SST) is a 4-year, full-time residential undergraduate program in Computer Science. With a sub-3% acceptance rate, SST is building Indias Ivy League for tech- where elite engineering meets real-world outcomes, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

What do we expect?:

- Exemplify the trifecta of ownership, impact obsession and DIY hustle that defines a top-tier generalist.

- End-to-end design & execution of strategic initiatives (0-1, 1-10) while closely working with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Impact obsession with needle-moving metrics such as revenue, cost, efficiency, student outcome, NPS, others.

- DIY hustle in getting hands dirty and building together for sustained impact across functions.

What will you do?:

1. Drive 0-1 Innovation and Scalable Solutions:

- Lead the design, launch, and execution of high-impact initiatives from ideation to implementation, setting the foundation for long-term organizational efficiency.

- Develop and institutionalize scalable processes, SOPs, and automation frameworks to minimize manual effort and maximize repeatable success across the organization.

- Champion structured problem-solving to de-risk critical projects and unlock step-change improvements in outcomes.

- Step into mission-critical gaps, building and stabilizing new functions to address immediate organizational needs.

2. Accelerate Cross-Functional Strategic Projects:

- Orchestrate and oversee critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic objectives and seamless execution across Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, and other teams.

- Own and deliver high-priority, ad-hoc projects with speed, discretion, and measurable impact.

3. Enable Strategic Decision-Making and Leadership Leverage:

- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating vision into actionable plans and driving accountability for results.

- Provide analytical support, conduct research, and synthesize insights to inform high-stakes decision-making for the Director and senior leadership.

- Foster a culture of ownership, impact obsession, and hands-on problem-solving, setting the bar for excellence and agility in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:

- 2+ years of experience with a distinctive track record of impact, preferably from tier-1 colleges.

- Preferred, but not mandatory, to have experience in one of the following: Client-facing Management Consulting, High-growth Startup, or Former founder (full-time, or even alongside work/college).
