This role is about turning SST students into content creators, storytellers, and ambassadors - amplifying the brand authentically through user-generated content (UGC). You will work closely with students, clubs, and communities to nurture creators, gather stories, and drive organic visibility across platforms.

Empower Student Creators: Mentor students on content strategies for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram; run workshops on personal branding and creator growth.
Fuel UGC Stories: Collect and curate student projects, internships, Q&As, and startup stories - package them as student-led content.
Lead Student Media: Oversee the Media Club & Life at SST page, guiding them to produce authentic, engaging content.
Story Collection for Brand:
- Collect and curate student projects, internships, competitions, and research into authentic, high-quality content.
- Manage Freelance UGC Editors: Work with budget-friendly editors to scale output without compromising authenticity.
Online Reputation Management (ORM): Drive student voices across Reddit, Quora, Google Reviews, YouTube; ensure SST's story is told in genuine ways.
Coordinate with Clubs: Work with student bodies and faculty to maximize UGC touchpoints across campus.
Community Visibility: Track and measure UGC reach, ensure visibility dashboards, and continuously improve student creator impact.
Content Infrastructure: Maintain UGC assets (mics, tripods, etc.) and ensure students are equipped to create content.
Required Qualifications (Max 5-6)
Experience:
- 3-6 years in community building, social media, or creator ecosystem roles. Prior work with student communities, edtech brands, or creator programs is a plus.
- UGC Specialist: Strong understanding of user-generated content mechanics and creator economy trends.
- Community Builder: Passion for working with students, coaching them, and enabling them to shine.
- Hands-On: Able to capture stories, repurpose them, and support students in content creation.
- ORM Skills: Experience in managing community reputation across social and discussion platforms.
- Creative & Analytical: Balance between storytelling instincts and performance tracking.
- Mission-Driven: Excited to help students grow as creators while building SST's brand authentically.
