
Role Overview:
This is a high-intensity, high-ownership role working directly with the CEO on the most critical priorities of the Online Business.
You will operate as a generalist athlete across product, growth, revenue, and strategy, solving problems that directly impact business outcomes.
This role is designed as a fast-track to leadership (GM / Product / Growth roles).
What You'll Do?
1. Drive High-Impact Business Problems
- Own and execute on core levers:
- Conversion (V2L, L2P improvements)
- Revenue growth and pricing experiments
- Retention, engagement, and NPS
- New program launches and GTM
2. 0- 1 and 1- 10 Execution:
- Identify new opportunities and validate them quickly
- Build execution plans and drive cross-functional alignment
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams
3. CEO Office Execution Engine:
- Build dashboards, business reviews, and performance tracking
- Translate ambiguous problems into structured action plans
- Drive weekly execution cadences and follow-through
4. Strategic Initiatives:
- Work on new verticals, partnerships, and business bets
- Support key decisions with data, analysis, and insights
What We're Looking For?
- 2-3 years at MBB / top-tier consulting / high-growth startup
- Strong structured thinking + problem solving
- High ownership and ability to operate independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Bias for action and execution
