About the role Overview We are looking for an Enterprise Associate to join our growing Enterprise Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by creating compelling proposals, supporting project execution, and working across teams to deliver high-quality upskilling programs to our corporate clients. With 2-3 years of consulting experience, you will bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to the role. This role is based out of our Bangalore campus and is hybrid (minimum 3 days per week from office). Key responsibilities - Proposal Development: Research, structure, and draft proposals to win new corporate training clients, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with business needs. - Project Execution: Support the delivery of corporate upskilling programs, working closely with trainers, training coordinators, and client teams. - Market & Business Research: Conduct research on industry trends, corporate training needs, and competitive offerings to refine Scalers B2B strategy. - Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment on key objectives. - Operational Support: Assist in tracking training program performance, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Preferred Qualifications - Experience: 23 years in a consulting firm, preferably in a role focused on strategy, business development, or project execution. - Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA is a plus but not required. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and presentations. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize complex information, develop insights, and provide data-driven recommendations. - Project Management: Comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution. - Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
