About the Role:
We are seeking a Content Marketing Associate who will be the on-ground driver of SSTs brand presence. This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role that combines event coverage, social media execution, and student engagement. From covering campus fests and supermentor sessions to putting out daily stories, reels, and shorts - you will ensure that the SST experience is visible, engaging, and inspiring for the outside world.
This role is ideal for someone who is a social-media native, highly energetic, and passionate about storytelling through real-time content.
What you will do/Responsibilities:
- Lead Campus Coverage: Coordinate with agencies and student teams to capture key campus moments - from fests, supermentor sessions, and DJ nights to club activities - and personally cover events when needed.
- Instagram First: Manage daily Stories, Highlights, and Reels aligned with brand guidelines.
- YouTube Shorts: Repurpose long-form videos and create engaging shorts that drive reach.
- Content Uploads & Repurposing: Ensure consistent uploads across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Trending Content: Identify and execute trending formats (e.g., RoboDog reels) relevant to SSTs brand.
- Work with Editors: Coordinate with agencies & freelance editors and ensure timely delivery of high-quality edits.
- Media Club Coordination: Guide student-led Media Club & work with Adko team for shoots.
- Engage Communities: Respond to comments/DMs across all social platforms to keep engagement high.
- Track & Report: Maintain content performance sheets, provide visibility updates, and highlight wins.
- Support UGC & ORM: Assist the UGC Manager in student storytelling and ORM initiatives.

Required Qualifications (Max 5-6):
- 13 years of experience in social media/content execution, preferably in youth, campus, or event-driven brands.
- A natural content creator - someone who lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube, and reels.
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends and ability to adapt them for SSTs context.
- Hands-on skills: basic video editing, shooting (phone/camera), and real-time content packaging.
- High energy, willingness to hustle, and ability to juggle multiple events/projects simultaneously.
- Excellent coordination skills - comfortable working with student clubs, freelancers, and agencies.
- Mission-driven: excited to build SST as Indias Ivy League of tech.
