Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Strategic Initiatives and Pilots (e.g., bootcamps, new formats)
- Development of annual / quarterly goals, growth strategy for scaling of business.
- Developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies from acquisition to retention and monetization
- Analyzing behavioral data to uncover growth opportunities and inform product/marketing decisions
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to implement scalable growth tactics
- Ownership of the Masterclass lifecycle (planning, hosting, pre/post-session execution)
- Staying up to date with emerging growth tools, trends, and best practices
- Identify innovative hypotheses based on current and future trends in EdTech
What would excite us?
- 2+ years of experience in the similar role
- Excellent data analysis skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy
- First principles thinking approach.
- Availability for managing live master during (US hours)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
