Join us in shaping the future of tech education and career growth. We are looking for a Category Leader who would be responsible for strategizing and growing our up-levelling tech categories. We're looking for someone who can build long-term visions for the category and work cross-functionally to deliver results. What does the role entail?. - Develop the business plan and execute the P&L of the Category. - Define, track, and improve key metrics across the funnel. - Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings. - Identify various marketing opportunities that allow for the business to scale up / activate specific consumer segments to grow the category. - Plan for optimization of campaigns for cost-efficient customer acquisition across channels. - Understand consumer segments, behavior, latent needs, and value propositions through qualitative and quantitative research to identify and fill product gaps. - Driving category overall success & growth by working closely with Product, Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, & Operations. - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. - Generate new product ideas, and enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors. - Create/Improve the GTM strategy for new/existing products.
