Key Responsibilities Market Strategy & Pipeline Building: - Identify, prioritize, and pursue enterprise accounts with significant technical upskilling needs (typical deal sizes can range from INR 20 Lacs to 2 Crores+). - Leverage your network and market insights to position Scaler as a go-to partner for enterprise tech transformation. Consultative Solutioning: - Conduct in-depth assessments of client challenges related to software development, data engineering, and digital transformation. - Collaborate with curriculum, product, and delivery teams to craft customized learning solutions aligned with clients' ROI metrics (e.g., improved productivity, faster product releases, lower attrition of tech talent). Complex Stakeholder Management: - Orchestrate discussions across HR, L&D, IT leadership, and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring consensus on scope, budget, and outcomes. - Provide thought leadership on emerging tech trends and future-of-work strategies, becoming a trusted advisor to each account. Revenue Ownership & Expansion: - Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with a strong focus on long-term account growth. - Drive multi-year engagements, manage renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell additional programs or services over time. Executive-Level Communication & Negotiation: - Develop compelling pitch decks, proposals, and ROI analyses, showcasing the tangible business impact of partnering with Scaler. - Negotiate and structure deals that align with client success while maintaining healthy margins for Scaler. Internal Collaboration & Leadership: - Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction. - Serve as a voice of the customer to drive innovation within Scaler's offerings and influence roadmap decisions based on market feedback.
