
About the Role:
We're seeking a Client Engagement Manager to lead new client acquisition and enterprise account growth across Mumbai and key Western/Southern markets.
This is a high-impact, strategic sales role ideal for someone with a hunter mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to close large, complex software-led deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new enterprise clients across Manufacturing, BFSI, Pharma, Healthcare, Utilities, and Airports.
Drive consultative solution sales across:.
- Enterprise Asset Management (Hexagon).
- ITSM/ITAM (Ivanti).
- IT Observability (SolarWinds).
- Business Process Automation (AuraQuantic).
- Contact Center & AI solutions.
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships; own L1 discussions independently.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, account plans, and sales proposals.
- Achieve revenue targets (- 5 Cr+ annually in new business) and manage healthy deal pipelines.
- Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and agency partners.
- Maintain strong brand presence through events, forums, and client engagements.
- Collaborate with delivery, presales, and OEM partners to accelerate deals.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor moves, and buyer behavior.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- 7-10 years of IT industry experience with at least 4 years in enterprise software/solutions sales.
- Proven track record of - 5 Cr+ new business annually (excluding renewals).
- Strong knowledge of BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High energy, self-driven, and outcome-oriented.
- Strategic thinking and ability to plan multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Active networker and confident brand ambassador.
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE in Marketing or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Exposure to ITIL, BANT/SPIN selling, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, CRM platforms, and structured sales processes.
- Certifications (Hexagon, Ivanti, SolarWinds, etc.) are an advantage.
Location & Travel :
- Based in Mumbai (Andheri Office).
- Travel across Western and Southern India as per business needs.
