
Job Overview:
- Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to join our team in Mumbai.
- This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to have proven expertise in business development, IT sales, and enterprise asset management.
- The role focuses on strengthening partnerships and expanding market presence in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in IT application sales and consultancy, with at least 5 years in a similar business development role.
- Proven experience in business development and IT sales with a focus on enterprise solutions.
Mandatory skill:
- Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practices and technologies.
Mandatory skill:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with EAM platforms such as Hexagon, Maximo, and SAP PM.
- Ability to execute product sales strategies and drive effective customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess potential business opportunities and risks, and align solutions to client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and gross margin targets through new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships (cross-sell & up-sell).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular engagement to improve visibility and trust.
- Present and position Intertec's EAM & APM solutions, articulating value propositions, differentiators, use cases, and customer success stories.
- Understand business requirements, propose tailored solutions, and illustrate solution value in a compelling manner.
- Collaborate with Presales, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Vendor teams to ensure revenue growth, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in RFI/RFP processes, product demonstrations, solution proposals, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities to close deals.
- Stay updated on product roadmaps, industry trends, and maintain vendor certifications to support practice readiness.
- Promote opportunities in existing accounts and ensure customer success, retention, and reference ability.
