Job Title: Travel Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell long-haul destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on HNI clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, design personalized itineraries, and represent the company at in-office meetings, events, and travel expos.
- Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.
- Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.
- Upsell client' brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations.
- Proven track record in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Previous experience managing Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) and Fully Independent Travel (FIT) products.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and achieving sales targets.
- Motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth initiatives.
