International Transport Excellence Manager - Supply Chain

This role will drive enterprise-wide transportation transformation through the deployment and optimization of Transport Management Systems (TMS), Digital Control Tower, real-time visibility platforms, and the complete Indent-to-Payment (I2P) lifecycle across domestic and export operations.

Candidate Profile

- Full-Time MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute (in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or General Management with 8-15 years of experience in Transportation, Digital Logistics, or Supply Chain Transformation . APICS/CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience leading TMS implementation as a Product Manager, Business Lead, or SME.

- Strong expertise in Transport Control Tower, I2P, freight audit, dispatch allocation, ePOD, ASN, transportation visibility, and digital logistics.

- Experience in freight procurement, carrier management, and logistics cost optimization.

- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, Blue Yonder, Pando, IoT, API integrations, and Power BI/Tableau will be an advantage.

- Exposure to domestic transportation; experience in export/EXIM logistics will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end TMS implementation, including AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, BRD, solution design, UAT, and deployment.

- Build Digital Transportation Control Tower with predictive ETA, geofencing, milestone automation, ePOD, ASN, and exception management.

- Drive freight procurement, reverse auctions, freight audit, invoice matching, carrier performance, and transportation cost optimization.

- Integrate TMS with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, IoT/telemetry, and analytics platforms.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Logistics teams to deliver scalable digital logistics solutions.
