Job Summary:
- We are hiring an experienced International Sales Specialist to drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth in global logistics and supply chain markets.
- The role involves identifying potential overseas customers, building long-term relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure excellent delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard international clients in freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and logistics services.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, lead nurturing, and follow-ups with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from requirement analysis to closure, agreements, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with pricing, compliance, and operations teams to create competitive proposals and RFQ responses.
- Maintain market intelligence on global logistics trends, trade lanes, and competition.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and reviews.
- Track sales funnel, conversion ratio, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, networking events, and virtual forums.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL, supply chain solutions, or related B2B services.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of import/export regulations, INCOTERMS, global trade lanes, and shipping documentation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and CRM reporting skills.
