Hiring specifications:


Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our mobile robotics business across key global markets.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B partnerships, cross-border collaboration, and go-to-market strategies within the technology or robotics space.


This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing high-value partnerships, navigating international business environments, and driving growth through local alliances, integrators, or strategic partners.


Role Expectations:


- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners in target international markets for mobile robotics solutions.


- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for each region, aligned with corporate objectives and local market needs.


- Manage end-to-end partnership life cycle: from lead generation and contract negotiation to relationship management and performance tracking.


- Collaborate with regional sales, product, and marketing teams to customize offerings and ensure partner enablement.


- Build long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators, and technology partners in target countries.


- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations across international regions.


- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for international growth plans.


- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and partner events globally.


Interactions:


Internal Stakeholders: Sales & BD, Solutioning team, project managers in Mobile robotic departments


External Stakeholders: Customers/Clients


PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS:


Profile:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, International Relations, or related field.


- 8+ years of experience in international business development or partnerships, preferably in mobile robotics, automation, or industrial tech sectors.


- Proven experience working in or with the markets of Turkey, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia, the US, Mexico, LATAM, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.


- Strong understanding of regional business practices, distribution channels, and partnership ecosystems in the aforementioned regions.


- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures.


Requisites:


- Prior experience launching or scaling mobile robotics or automation products internationally.


- Existing network of robotics/automation distributors or integrators in the target regions.
