Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned International Real Estate Sales Professional to drive global sales initiatives for our portfolio. The role involves engaging with HNI and NRI clients, leading international roadshows, generating high-quality leads, and closing large-ticket transactions across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international sales for luxury residential and premium real estate projects
- Develop and execute international market entry and expansion strategies
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with HNI and NRI clients
- Plan and represent the organization at international roadshows, exhibitions, and investor meets
- Generate leads through global broker networks, channel partners, and strategic alliances
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits for international prospects
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain strong post-sales engagement and relationship management
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights from international markets
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal, finance) to ensure seamless transactions
Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in luxury real estate sales
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling international sales markets
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions with HNI/NRI clients
- Strong exposure to global property exhibitions, roadshows, and international lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and drive international business growth
- Willingness to travel extensively for international roadshows and client meetings
