International Sales Role - Basmati Rice Division - Dubai
We have opening for food and agri-business, supplying food ingredients to different locations.
Exp : 10.0+ Yrs
Location: Dubai
Primary Objectives:
- Increase the Sales Revenue by developing relationship with the existing customers as well as developing a new customer base in the above markets.
- Create sales opportunities by understanding the market and monitoring it to develop strategies to drive volume and profitability through increased account penetration and promotion
- Prospect for and secure new customers and new channels to sell Rice, manage all aspects of these new relationships
- Achieve planned sales revenue and margin targets for all products
- Interface with customers at all levels and build relationships that allow for credible influence and repeat orders
- Plan for, participate in, and support trade shows like Gulf Food etc
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Be a truly gifted & pro-active sales person
- Experience in sales of the Rice and/or commodities in these geographies
- Comfort in a fast paced, fluid environment. Would be an added advantage if the candidate would have worked in a Commodity firm before
- Strong communication, collaboration, influence and impact skills at all levels inside and outside the organization
- Exceptional results orientation
- Focused and goal oriented
- Proven leadership and sales performance
- Minimum 10.0+ years related sales experience
- Written and verbal Skills in English language
