International Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Manager to lead business development across global markets.

The ideal candidate will bring 34 years of international sales experience, preferably within trauma care, emergency medical products, or safety kits, and demonstrate a proven ability to drive revenue growth through distributor management and B2B client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand Axio Biosolutions' footprint across key global markets

- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and strategic partners in target regions

- Drive B2B sales efforts with hospitals, military units, emergency services, and government procurement agencies

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals

- Ensure regulatory compliance and market entry strategies across various international geographies

- Conduct in-depth market research to track trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and lead contract negotiations with international partners

- Collaborate with internal teams across product development, marketing, and regulatory affairs to align go-to-market initiatives

- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets


Qualifications & Skills:


- 3 to 4 years of experience in international sales, preferably in medical devices, trauma care, or emergency safety products

- Strong professional network with hospitals, defense/military agencies, EMS, and distributors

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Proven track record of developing new markets and building long-term strategic partnerships

- Prior experience handling tenders, RFPs, or government contracts is a strong advantage

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

- Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 3040%)
