We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to drive global business development and expand our presence across international markets. The role will be responsible for developing distributor networks, managing key international accounts, and accelerating revenue growth across regions including Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG exports, with an established understanding of international distribution, regulatory requirements, and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

International Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets.

- Appoint, manage, and grow relationships with international distributors, importers, and channel partners.

- Drive market entry strategies for new countries and regions.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Achieve international sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

- Manage pricing strategy, margins, and commercial negotiations with partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international accounts.

Market Expansion:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape across target regions.

- Work closely with marketing teams to localize brand strategies for different markets.

- Identify opportunities for product launches and portfolio expansion internationally.

Distributor & Channel Management:

- Evaluate and onboard distributors in new markets.

- Monitor distributor performance, sales targets, and brand representation.

- Ensure strong channel development across retail, e-commerce, and professional salon channels where relevant.

Regulatory & Compliance:

- Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure product registrations and compliance with international regulations.

- Manage export documentation and coordinate with logistics for smooth order fulfillment.

Trade Shows & Global Representation:

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

- Build brand visibility and partnerships across global beauty markets.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 6-10 years in international sales/export roles within beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG.

- Proven track record in building international distributor networks and export markets.

- Strong understanding of global beauty markets, particularly Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, or Europe.

- Experience managing export logistics, distributor agreements, and pricing structures.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
