International Sales Manager - Defense Products
We're seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to drive global sales growth for our defense products. As a key member of our team,
you'll establish a network of agents in the Middle East, Africa, and other parts of the world, and network with potential customers in the private sector, including:
- Local and Global Armored Vehicle Manufacturers
- Global Aircraft Industry
- Global Shipbuilding Industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for defense products in international markets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with global customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and market demands
- Manage product portfolio, pricing, and promotional activities for international markets
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales performance and optimize sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and security clearances
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in international sales, preferably in defense or aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of global defense market trends, regulations, and export controls
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with defense product certifications and standards (e.g., ITAR, EAR)
