Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Salesforce CRM services to global clients.
- Actively bid on Salesforce projects on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new leads and close deals.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with internal Solution, Technical, and Delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling Salesforce CRM services.
- Hands-on experience in project bidding on platforms such as Upwork.
- Strong ability in both outbound sales and inbound lead management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience working with Salesforce CRM or within a Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
