Job Title: International Sales Manager South East Asia.

Location: Mumbai.

Working days: Monday Friday.

Industry: Chemical manufacturing.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Manager to lead our market expansion in the Southeast Asia region.

The role will be responsible for new business development, strengthening and managing distributor relationships, and driving growth through strategic alliances.

The incumbent will also represent the company at major trade shows, industry events, and seminars, ensuring strong brand visibility and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the companys footprint across Southeast Asia.

- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in the region.

- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with existing distributors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors/partners to strengthen market presence.

- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to track performance, resolve challenges, and drive sales targets.

- Represent the company at regional and international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars to enhance brand awareness and market reach.

- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business planning and strategy.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of regional business plans.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.

- 7+ years of proven experience in international sales/business development, preferably in [industry e.g., fragrances, speciality or performance chemicals.

- Strong track record of building and managing distributor networks across Southeast Asia.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced, and competitive business environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
