Position: International Sales Manager (Cashew Kernels)
Job Location : Netherlands
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead international sales and business development for cashew kernels across Europe and the United States.
- Develop and execute market entry, growth, and sales strategies to expand business in key geographies.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, food processors, and industrial buyers.
- Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer agreements to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in European and US cashew markets.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities to senior management.
- Lead initiatives to build long-term, value-driven partnerships with global clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or related discipline.
- 10-12 years of proven experience in selling cashew kernels, with a strong track record in international B2B sales.
- In-depth exposure to European and US markets, with established client networks in the region.
- Strong knowledge of cashew kernel quality standards, certifications, and global trade practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and the US
