ROLE : International Finance Controllership

- We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join a leading manufacturing MNC in an International Finance Controllership role. The position will be responsible for overseeing and driving financial controllership activities across multiple international geographies while managing country finance controllers from India.

- The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with 12-16 years of post-qualification experience in finance controllership, reporting, and compliance within a multinational environment. Strong expertise in IFRS, Ind AS, and US GAAP is essential.

- The role requires a professional with strong stakeholder management skills, exposure to global finance operations, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-cultural teams across different countries and business functions.

Key Requirements:

- 12 - 16 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, and US GAAP.

- Experience in handling international finance controllership.

- Exposure to managing finance controllers across multiple countries.

- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing MNC environment preferred.
