Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with international distributors, agents, and retailers.
- Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, customs clearance, and compliance.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and product standards.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and products.
- Resolve issues related to shipping, customs, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in international sales/export management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation.
- Proven track record of expanding into new markets and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; familiarity with export software/tools is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
