Job Responsibilities / Reporting Relationship - Mange all sales operations and develop appropriate sales & marketing strategies to enhance growth. - Coordinate with IBM-Global and prepare forecasts for region and provide support to customers to generate consistent sales. - To ensure availability of product across all the Modern trade. - To ensure that our product are available across the general trade on all the selling outlets. - Prepare Distributor sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. - Time to time review all strategies for customer and then come out with fresh plans to achieve objectives. - Analyze market and develop quarterly forecast for market. - Prepare records of sales and revenue and ensure compliance to all finance procedures and policies. - Build long-term relationship with new and existing customers. - Coordinate with management team and ensure optimal results for all operations. - Competitor analysis and prompt action to achieve sales and financial targets. - All other duties given to you by management from time to time.
