We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager - International Business to lead and scale our global operations. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive international business strategy across existing and new markets while owning overall sales targets and revenue growth
- Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, compliance, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment
- Identify, onboard, and develop international distributors, agents, and retail partners while building strong overseas relationships
- Analyse market trends, competition, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration
- Ensure adherence to export regulations, trade compliance, and documentation standards across all markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) for seamless execution and business continuity
- Lead and mentor team members, driving performance and capabilities
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG exports or international sales
- Strong understanding of export documentation, incoterms, trade compliance, and logistics
- Proven experience in managing international distributors and delivering revenue targets
