
Strategic Vision and International Market Expansion:
- Define and drive the long-term roadmap for international business across SaaS solutions, backend operations, and digital health services.
- Expand presence in MENA region and other emerging markets through digital health enablement, backend claims/cashless support, and tech/implementation partnerships.
- Position company as a partner of choice for insurers, governments, and corporates in health tech transformation, with differentiated offerings and outcome-driven delivery.
- Incorporate Medical Value Tourism (MVT) as a strategic lever by integrating Indias healthcare excellence with digital cross-border enablement.
- Ensure go-to-market strategies include local regulatory adaptation, compliance localization, and multilingual service models.
Revenue Leadership and P&L Accountability:
- Own P&L for the international vertical, ensuring revenue growth, margin improvement, and alignment with AOP/LRS targets.
- Lead pricing, renewals, and monetization strategies in close coordination with actuary teams to ensure commercial viability and margin alignment.
- Drive upsells and cross-sell within existing client base using usage metrics, outcome dashboards, and SLA performance.
- Partner with finance to ensure revenue forecasting, cost control, and EBIT contribution at portfolio and geography levels.
Operational Delivery and Scalability:
- Ensure seamless delivery of backend services like claims processing, cashless approvals, and CRM across geographies.
- Maintain service consistency across languages, time zones, and integration touchpoints (SaaS platforms, APIs, insurer interfaces).
- Build scalable operations to support rapid onboarding in new markets without compromising SLAs.
- Design delivery frameworks to balance core product reuse vs region-specific customizations efficiently.
Digital Health Enablement & SaaS Product Strategy:
- Shape the product roadmap for international SaaS offerings, ensuring insurer workflows, compliance, and UX standards are met.
- Collaborate with product/tech teams to deliver modular, API-first products that fit diverse insurer ecosystems.
- Drive automation, analytics-led decision support, and multilingual feature capabilities as default in all SaaS rollouts.
- Ensure product-market fit across different healthcare models by continuously benchmarking industry and client needs.
Client Engagement & Relationship Governance:
- Drive CXO-level connects across clients, tech partners, brokers, and institutional stakeholders internationally.
- Establish formal governance cadences including QBRs, roadmap reviews, and executive check-ins.
- Own client satisfaction, renewal wins, and NPS targets; proactively address delivery or escalation risks.
- Represent in global health-tech forums, public platforms, and regional alliances to strengthen brand and visibility.
Risk, Compliance & Contractual Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations), digital health norms, and cross-border IT practices.
- Own contract governance including service scope, audit readiness, and SLA commitment tracking.
