Key Responsibilities:
International Business development - Industry might be Food Ingredients or Nutra business will be more preference (Global Market experience will be added advantage)
1. Market Expansion & Strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets for nutraceutical products.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and entry barriers.
- Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each region.
2. Sales & Partnership Development
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, importers, retailers, and key clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets for assigned markets.
3. Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all products comply with local regulations and registration requirements in each target country.
- Coordinate with the regulatory affairs team for documentation and product approvals.
4. Marketing & Brand Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
5. Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Provide regular business performance reports and recommendations to management.
