What You'll Do:

- Lead international business development strategies

- Build & nurture distributor relationships worldwide

- Manage key national accounts & strategic partnerships

- Identify new market opportunities & revenue streams

- Work with cross-functional teams to execute global plans

What You Bring:

- BS/MS in Life Sciences or related field exposure

- 5+ years in business development (life sciences/diagnostics)

- Strong experience managing national accounts

- Experience developing business through distributors

- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

Bonus Points:

- Knowledge of tumor diagnosis, molecular pathology, or omics

- Previous international business development experience
