Key Responsibilities:

- Lead international business development for formulation contract manufacturing (CMO/CDMO).

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Globe

- Drive B2B sales, client acquisition, and long-term strategic partnerships.

- Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.

- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Production, Quality) to ensure successful project execution.

- Build and maintain relationships with global pharma companies, distributors, and partners
