Key Responsibilities
1. Enhancing Corporate Reputation: Work with the team to strengthen the company's reputation using modern communication tools and platforms.
2. Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Creative, Social Media, and Event agencies (internal events) to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all channels.
3. Employee Engagement: Ideate, plan, and execute large-scale employee engagement events that foster pride among employees and reinforce the company's purpose: "Create the Beauty That Moves The World".
4. Employee Listening & Feedback: Ensure active employee participation in listening surveys and collaborate with leadership & HR to act on feedback for improved engagement and enablement.
5. Content Creation: Develop disruptive and targeted content across multiple formats (print, visuals, video, social media), in partnership with agencies. A sound understanding of creative design is beneficial.
6. Writing & Editing: Write, edit, and proofread communication materials, including website content, media kits, and both internal and external collaterals.
7. Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR to strengthen employer branding initiatives and showcase major business milestones.
8. Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report communication impact through monthly, quarterly, and annual updates across internal channels and LinkedIn.
Key Competencies
1. 8-12 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, with expertise in strategy, storytelling, and content creation.
2. Skilled in creative and strategic thinking, content dissemination, and campaign execution.
3. Experience in internal communication campaigns and social media management.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across diverse teams.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Strong understanding of digital and social media tools.
7. Action-oriented with a focus on measurable results.
8. Skilled at gathering insights from teams and developing structured communication plans.
9. Track record of successful communication campaigns and engaging content creation.
