Internal Auditor - Retail Asset

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Testing Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and retail banking. You'll be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive compliance testing plan, leading a team, and communicating key findings and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute an annual compliance testing plan for various retail products and processes. Your plan should prioritize areas based on regulatory risks and feedback from senior management.

- Testing and Execution: Lead a team to perform compliance testing, including developing and training them on the necessary procedures. You will determine the scope of each review and ensure all tests are carried out effectively.

- Reporting and Communication: Discuss testing results with business heads, providing clear, actionable recommendations. You will be responsible for obtaining action plans and timelines from relevant teams and presenting your findings to senior management.

- Issue Closure: Proactively track all action items to ensure timely and appropriate closure.

Skills:

- Compliance & Risk Management: Strong expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management, particularly within the retail assets sector.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and train a team to perform complex testing procedures.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both business leaders and senior management.

- Project Management: Experience in planning, scoping, and tracking a project from start to finish.

Education & Experience:

Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in compliance testing or a related field within the BFSI industry.

Education: A Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or PGDM qualification is required.
