Internal Auditor - Manufacturing - CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to join our finance team in Pune, responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our internal control frameworks and risk management processes. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive audits across various business functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will work closely with cross-functional department heads and senior leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and provide actionable insights that drive process improvements. Your work will directly influence the organization's financial integrity and operational resilience, serving as a critical advisor to management in mitigating enterprise-wide risks.

Reporting To: CFO

Location: Mundhwa, Pune

Candidate Profile Required:

- CA Qualified with 5+ years of relevant post qualification experience.

- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing organization will be preferred.

- Should have hands-on experience in internal audit, controls, risk assessment, and financial/operational audits.

- Experience in ERP-based environments and manufacturing costing will be an added advantage.

- Review costing methodologies and production processes to ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost optimization across manufacturing units.

- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations, tracking progress to ensure that identified control weaknesses are remediated in a timely manner.

- Prepare detailed audit reports for the audit committee and senior management, highlighting key findings, risk exposure, and proposed corrective actions.
