Role : Internal Auditor Job Location : Ajman / Dubai UAE Exp : 3 to 6 Years Notice Period : up to 30 Days Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations. - Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS standards and internal policies. - Perform detailed reviews and analysis for monthly book closures. - Identify control gaps, prepare audit findings, and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented. - Assist in the development and enhancement of internal controls and standard operating procedures. - Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management. - Evaluate and improve risk management, governance, and internal control systems. - Provide audit support during external audits as required. Requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant Background - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an internal audit role. - Real estate industry experience is a strong advantage. - Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Proficiency in handling monthly book closures and financial reporting. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
