Internal Auditor
Principal functions:
- Identify the most relevant policies, standards and procedures for the achievement of business objectives.
- Evaluate the risks associated with the main business processes to assess the internal control system to mitigate risks.
- Develop a local annual audit plan and align it with the global risk defined, execute it and report the results.
- The audits planned includes reviewing cinemas on-sito and corporate processes, based of risk identified.
- Monitor the action plans developed for the deficiencies detected to achieve the objectives.
- Report non-compliance with the implementation of corrective measures to the concerned directorates.
- Review the adequate documentation and implementation of the internal control systems associated with the mitigation of risks of the main processes.
- Monitor compliance with internal standards and procedures, through on-site or remote audit reviews as needed.
- Generate audit reports with the main risks detected and quantified.
- Develop a monitoring and alarm system for those activities most at risk.
- Support the training of our business units' personnel through development programs.
- Efficient and clear preparation and expression of information.
- Negotiation and influence on others.
- High level messages.
- Monitoring and efficient use of the travel expense budget.
