Experience Required : 5+ Years

Industry Preference : Hospitality / Hotel Industry (Real Estate exposure preferred)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to join our clients team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in internal audit, SOP development, process improvement, risk assessment, and internal controls. Candidates with experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry will be preferred, with exposure to Real Estate being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct end-to-end internal audits across business functions and identify process gaps and control weaknesses.

- Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

- Evaluate internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes.

- Perform process audits and recommend corrective actions for improvement.

- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure implementation of audit recommendations.

- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Support management in strengthening governance and internal control frameworks.

- Conduct follow-up audits to track closure of audit observations.

Key Requirements :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.

- Strong hands-on experience in SOP development, process improvement, and internal controls.

- Experience in Hospitality/Hotel industry is preferred.

- Exposure to Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Compensation : Up to 22 LPA
