Internal Auditor

Job Description :

- Identifying key operational and financial risks and analyzing business processes and strategy.

- Designing and executing audits in areas such as procurement and project business.

- Enhancing audit methodologies and promoting digital solutions with the data analytics team.

- Leading audit fieldwork, including stakeholder interviews and technical evaluations.

- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Building a strong network across Siemens and participating in cross-practice audits.

- Applying CF A's agile audit methodology in all engagements.

Requirement:

- CA Qualified Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, IT, or business.

- 7-10 years of relevant industry or Big 4 experience.

- Ability to apply an engineering/technology mindset to diverse audit cases.

- Understanding of end-to-end project processes from bid to execution.

- Motivation to grow beyond Controlling and Finance Assurance into a future business role.

- Strong communication skills, commitment to learning, and proven career progression.

- Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50% in a hybrid/remote environment
