Role Summary This role is responsible for executing and managing internal audit activities across business functions and locations. The individual will work closely with the Internal Audit Head to ensure effective risk management, compliance, and process improvement, while also leading a small audit team. Key Responsibilities 1. Audit Planning & Execution - Execute internal audits based on the approved audit calendar. - Conduct audits across business areas such as manufacturing, sales, finance, HR, logistics, credit control, and export/import operations. - Lead kick-off, fieldwork, and closure meetings with auditees. 2. Reporting & Compliance - Prepare high-quality internal audit reports with clear observations and actionable recommendations. - Ensure timely follow-ups on previously identified issues. - Assist in policy and SOP drafting and reviews. 3. Risk Management & Control - Identify operational and financial risks; suggest control enhancements. - Benchmark and help implement industry best practices. 4. Team Leadership & Collaboration - Manage and mentor a team of 3 junior auditors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support data analytics projects. - Candidate Profile Must-Have: - CA with 4-6 years of relevant experience in internal audits, preferably in manufacturing or corporate setups. - Sound knowledge of ERP/SAP systems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Expertise in MS Office, report writing, and data interpretation.
