BNC is mandated to recruit for one of our esteemed clients in the Service Industry for an Internal Audit role.
Position: Internal Audit Professional
Key Requirements:
1. Qualification: CA
2. Experience: 1 - 2 years in Internal Audit
3. Strong understanding of Internal Audit concepts and processes
4. Exposure to Risk Assessment, Process Review, IFC & Control Testing
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Good communication and client-handling skills
7. Ability to independently manage audit assignments
8. Candidates from Service Industry, Manufacturing Industry, or Big 4 firms preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk-based internal audits across various business processes
2. Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessment and control testing
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and IFC
4. Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and areas of improvement
5. Prepare audit observations, working papers and audit reports
6. Discuss audit findings with process owners and support remediation/action plans
7. Independently manage assigned audit engagements and ensure timely completion
8. Interact with clients/business teams during audit assignments
